Frosted Molasses Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 C. hot coffee
    1/2 C. shortening
    3/4 C. molasses
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 C. flour
    1 C. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Pour coffee over shortening; add molasses and eggs; mix well. Add to dry ingredients in mixing bowl and beat till smooth at low speed 2 minutes.
