Black Mama Brown'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. catsup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    dash of salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 pat (1 Tbsp.) margarine
Preparation
    Bring catsup, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce to a full boil.
    Lower heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add onion and margarine.
    Stir in margarine until it melts.
    This is best if made at least 1 day in advance of using.
    Keeps very well if refrigerated.
