Caramel German Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag caramels (about 50)
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 stick melted oleo
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, combine caramels and 1/3 cup milk. Cook over hot water, stirring until melted (set aside).
