Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce (salad-size pieces)
    1 small onion, diced
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 head cauliflower, dime-size pieces
    2 c. Hellmann's mayo only
    1/4 c. sugar (over mayo)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (over sugar)
Preparation
    Layer in order listed and toss before serving.
    Prepare and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
