Hawaiian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 center cut pork chops
flour as needed
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. tomato catsup
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
vegetable oil
Preparation

Trim fat from pork chops.
Heat vegetable oil in frying pan. Dredge chops in flour and brown in vegetable oil.
Drain chops and place them in baking dish large enough for all chops to be flat on bottom of dish.
Combine vinegar, catsup, pineapple, sugar and salt.
Pour this mixture over pork chops.
Cover with foil.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Baste occasionally.
A little water can be added if sauce cooks down too soon.
