Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. can pineapple slices
2 (17 oz.) cans yams
1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. marshmallows
Preparation

Drain pineapple, saving 1/4 cup of syrup.
Lay pineapple, then yams in baking dish.
Pour syrup on top.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Cut in margarine. Stir in nuts.
Sprinkle mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with marshmallows and place under broiler until browned.
