Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can mixed vegetables
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stack Ritz or favorite crackers, crushed
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain vegetables.
    In baking dish, mix vegetables, 3/4 of cracker crumbs, cheese and mayonnaise together.
    Top with remaining cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves approximately 5 people.
