Tortilla Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork ribs
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    6 soft tortilla shells by Mex America
    2 medium red apples
    sour cream or hot sauce
Preparation
    Bake ribs in casserole dish with 1/4 cup vinegar and water to cover at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until done.
    Drain liquid; remove all excess fat.
    Peel and slice apples into wedges.
    Slice cheese.
    Roll apple, cheese and pork in a soft tortilla shell by Mex America.
    Secure with toothpick.
    Bake for about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until shell is brown and cheese melts.
    Top with sour cream and/or hot sauce.
    Garnish can be black olives, peppers or lettuce.
