Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 to 4 slices bread, cubed
    3 stalks celery
    2 yellow onions
    2 bell peppers
    4 fresh jalapenos
    6 cloves garlic
    2 sticks margarine
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cans Cajun stewed tomatoes
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 or 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    meat or fish (1 fillet per person), beef or chicken
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    rice
Preparation
    Dice first 5 ingredients very fine.
    Saute in margarine and olive oil until onions are clear looking, on low temperature, about 2 hours.
    Add stewed tomatoes and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Let boil on low heat about 2 hours.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, red pepper and Tabasco sauce.
    Stir often for two or more hours.
