Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 lb. beef cubes, cut in half
3 large onions, chopped
3 3/4 oz. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
2 lb. macaroni
32 oz. sour cream
6 eggs
Preparation

In crock-pot, layer beef cubes, onion and paprika to make 3 equal layers.
Put on high with lid on, approximately 6 to 8 hours.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Add to meat.
Add eggs and sour cream and mix well.
Continue on high until well heated.
Serve.
