Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped raw apples
Preparation

Peel and chop apples and set aside.
Measure salad oil into large mixing bowl.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
Add a small amount of flour at a time, with chopped nuts and apples.
The batter will be stiff.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven in greased and floured pan, 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
This cake can be served with whipped cream or ice cream.
