Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. red potatoes (scrubbed)
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 stick butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    milk
    salt and pepper
    Mrs. Dash
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Layer potatoes in baking dish; sprinkle with flour.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle seasonings. Repeat layers.
    Pour in milk until it comes up on the sides of dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
