Mex Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. yellow meal
1 c. (8-oz.) cream-style corn
1 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1 (4-oz.) can green chilies
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbs. sugar
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (2-oz.) jar pimentos
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese, pour 1/2 of mix into skillet, spread cheese over mixture. Add remaining mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
