Apple Walnut Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken flavored bouillon or 3 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
    3/4 to 1 c. apple juice
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    2 c. chopped apple
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.
    Add water and bouillon; cook until bouillon dissolves. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; add celery mixture. Mix well.
    Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting; place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes about 2 quarts.
