Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew beef
1 small onion
2 or 3 green peppers
5 or 6 potatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
-
Cut beef in small pieces and put in roasting pan.
Add onion (diced small), peppers (cut in pieces) and potatoes (cut in chunks).
Pour tomato sauce over top of this.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until all ingredients are done.
