Butter Baked Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut lengthwise in 3/8-inch slices.
    Melt oleo; add salt and garlic salt.
    Pour half in jelly roll pan.
    Arrange potatoes 1 layer deep in pan.
    Spoon on rest of oleo.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 45 minutes until tender.
    If you want them crisp, uncover last 5 to 10 minutes.
