Sausage Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. hot sausage (uncooked)
1 lb. shredded American cheese

Preparation

Combine biscuit mix, crumbled sausage and cheese; mix well. Roll into balls about the size of a walnut.
Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet or freeze and bake when needed.
