Caribbean Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine or butter (softened)
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1 pkg. (8 squares) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. rum extract
1/4 c. flour
1 c. Diamond walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl until fluffy.
Add eggs.
Beat well.
Add chocolate, coffee and rum extract and mix well.
Stir in flour and chopped walnuts.
