Baked Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded Gruyere cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. bay scallops
    1 medium onion, chopped medium fine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs mixed with 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Use your favorite fish fillet.
    Crush some Ritz crackers in a plastic bag.
    Put a few slabs of butter in a pyrex dish.
    Sprinkle half the crushed crackers on top of butter.
    Place fish on top of butter.
    Place crushed crackers on top of fillets.
    Put some butter on top of crackers.
    Bake or broil until done.
    If needed, add more butter.
