Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. salmon, baked
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix together and chill for 1 hour, then roll into shape of ball and roll in nuts. Dry in parsley flakes.
