Quick Fruit Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unpeeled red apples, cut into chunks
    1 orange, peeled and sectioned
    1 banana, peeled and sliced
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
    1 (8 oz.) carton lemon or vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    Combine all fruit in a medium bowl; toss gently.
    Spoon into individual serving bowl.
    Top with a dollop of yogurt.
    Garnish with mint, if desired.
