Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl with a spoon.
    Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool in pan for 1 hour before removing.
    The cake could also be baked in three 9-inch layer pans.
    If so, bake only 30 minutes.
    Cake can be frozen.
