Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cheese
2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook potatoes in skins.
Cool, peel and shred.
Combine grated cheese and butter until almost melted.
Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
Add potatoes and stir lightly.
Put in casserole.
Dot with butter and bake 25 minutes or until hot.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
May be assembled day before.
