Vegetable Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. yellow squash, cooked and mashed
1 medium onion
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
3/4 c. carrots, chopped or grated
1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix, mixed with melted butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except 1/4 of the stuffing mix. Spoon into lightly greased 5-quart casserole.
Top with reserved stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
