Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pumpkin
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. mace
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and spices. Combine with the pumpkin, eggs and milk. Pour into a 10-inch pastry shell.
    Place pecan halves around the edge.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
