Peking Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. dark Karo
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. shrimp, cooked
1 medium tomato
1/2 c. green pepper pieces
Preparation
-
Combine first seven ingredients in a large frying pan.
Mix and heat.
When it begins to thicken, add shrimp, tomato and pepper. Heat through and serve over rice.
Serves two.
