Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. tomato juice
    3 egg yolks, well beaten
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones.
    Separate into flakes.
    Mix first 7 ingredients into salmon.
    Add egg yolks well beaten.
    Fold in 3 egg whites stiffly beaten.
    Pour into loaf pan and bake at 320\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
