Feather Light Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 to 2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With fork, mix ingredients to evenly blend.
    In a separate container, mix eggs, milk, bacon drippings and sour cream. Combine liquids with dry ingredients, blending until smooth.
    Do not overbeat.
