Grilled Pork A L'Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. (4 chops) lean pork chops, scored in a crisscross pattern
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Trim pork chops well.
Broil or grill until nearly done (7 to 10 minutes on each side).
Combine other ingredients and pour half of the mixture over chops.
Broil or grill 2 minutes more.
Turn and pour remaining sauce on other side.
Broil or grill 2 minutes more.
Serve.
Garnish with an orange slice.
