Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
4 apples, peeled and cut up
1/3 c. sugar with 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix together first 6 ingredients.
Pour half into a greased pan (tube pan or 13 x 9-inch pan).
Put apples on top of mixture in pan.
Sprinkle half of the sugar and cinnamon mixture over apples. Pour over remaining cake mixture.
Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours in tube pan or 45 minutes in 13 x 9-inch pan.
