Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger (ground turkey, ground chuck or wild game)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    instant onion to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer at least 1 hour.
    Serve in hamburger buns.
