Turkey And Apple Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices raisin bread
    1/2 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
    8 oz. thinly sliced deli turkey breast
    1 small apple, cored and thinly sliced
    4 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with about 1 tablespoon yogurt.
    Top the slices with 1/4 of the turkey; add slices of lettuce.
    Place remaining slices of bread on top, yogurt side down. Makes 4 sandwiches.
    Low-fat.
