Cucumber-Yogurt Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber, peeled, quartered and sliced
    3 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 c. fresh mint, finely chopped
    5 Tbsp. dry dill weed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl and refrigerate.
    Good with chicken or fish.
    All measurements are approximate, more or less to taste.
    This Persian dish can also be prepared without cucumber.
