Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
4 eggs
2 tsp. sage
3 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Mix sausage, crackers, eggs and sage and shape into 1-inch balls.
Saute in frypan and drain.
Mix rest of ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally and serve hot on picks.
Can be frozen in sauce and defrosted in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
