Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. finely crushed tortilla chips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Pack meat mixture into a greased 8x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
