Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 slices bread
    1 c. water
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. diced onions
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    butter
    tomato sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Soak bread in water.
    When completely soaked, mash with fork and add to ground meat; mix well.
    Add egg, seasoning and onions. Mix all together and shape in loaf pan or baking dish; dot with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Add tomato sauce to completely cover.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for another 1/2 hour.
    If mixture is not soft enough, add a little more water.
    If too soft, add oatmeal or bread crumbs.
