Potato Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In
    saucepan,
    mix milk, mashed potatoes, sugar, butter and salt.
    Heat
    to
    a\tboiling
    point,
    stirring constantly. Remove from
    heat; pour in bowl.
    Cool to 115\u00b0.
    Dissolve the yeast in small amount of lukewarm mixture.
    Allow to stand for 5
    minutes until foamy.
    Add to potato mixture; sift together flour,
    baking soda
    and
    baking
    powder.\tAdd
    this to first mixture;
    mix well.
    Place
    in
    a greased bowl; cover and let rise 1
    hour. Then knead in 1/2 cup flour to make firm dough. Let rise
    again; then make rolls.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
