Chocolate Eclair Or Fat Mama - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. graham crackers
    2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    chocolate icing
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix milk and pudding at low speed in electric mixer until well mixed.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with crackers.
    Pour 1/2 mixture over crackers.
    Place another layer of crackers and then the rest of pudding mixture.
    Top with layer of graham crackers.
    Let down chocolate icing (from bought can or your own) with hot milk or water until it can be spread easily over top of graham crackers.
    Refrigerate.
    Can be made ahead of serving by 1 or 2 days.
    Cut in squares.
