Savory Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, cut into thin strips
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. sauerkraut
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 chicken flavor bouillon envelope
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed, crushed
    2 lb. pork loin country ribs
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    In 3-quart casserole, cook onion, green pepper and oil, covered, on High for 6 minutes. Stir once.
    Add paprika, cook 1 minute.
