Frozen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream or imitation
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 (9 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries, well drained
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 diced banana
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in 12 muffin papers in a muffin tin and freeze until firm.
    Remove cups from muffin pan and store in plastic bag in freezer.
    Variations of your choice can be made. Set out a few minutes (about 15) before serving.
    May be used as a salad or dessert.
