Green Beans With Mustard Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    dash of pepper
    3/4 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
    1/2 c. chopped celery leaves
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In large skillet melt butter; stir in mustard and pepper.
    Add green beans, celery leaves and water.
    Cover.
    Cook 15 to 17 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender; stir occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
