Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. cocoa or Nestle's Quik
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 c. sauerkraut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine; add eggs and vanilla.
    Sift together baking powder, flour, cocoa, soda and salt.
    Add alternately with water.
    Stir in sauerkraut.
    Grease and flour two 9-inch or two 10-inch or three 8-inch layer pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
