Sugarless Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes instant sugarless pudding mix
    3 1/4 c. 2% or skim milk
    1 c. pumpkin
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.
    Add pumpkin and spices; mix until smooth.
    Pour over baked pie crust. Chill for 1 hour.
    Serves 7 to 8.
    May top with Lite Cool Whip.
