Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. corn oil
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans. Sift together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Cool thoroughly and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
