White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans navy beans, drained
    3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans no-salt chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp. dried minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped chicken, skinned before cooking and cooked without salt
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cover and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top or mild Mexican Cheez Whiz spooned in.
