Deviled Crab Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb crab meat
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c parsley
1/2 c minced onion
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c cracker crumbs
1 t Old Bay Seasoning
dash hot sauce
1 T lemon juice
1 t dry mustard
1/4 c evaporated milk
dash Cayenne pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in bowl thoroughly and place in a greased 1 quart casserole dish.
Cover with topping mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until browned.
