Marilyn'S Chicken Cacciatori - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Chicken (2 1/2 - 3 lbs cut up)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Onions Sliced
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 lb. Can Italian Tomatoes
1 8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Celery Seed
1 tsp. Crusted Dried Oregano
2 Bay Leaves
1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
Preparation

Heat oil in deep skillet. Brown Chicken in it. Remove chicken and keep hot. Cook onions and garlic in oil until tender. Add other ingredients except wine and blend. Cook for 5 minutes. Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 45 minutes. Add wine and cook uncovered for about 15 minutes.
