Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. red Burgundy wine
1/3 lemon, very thinly sliced
1 1/2 cinnamon sticks
Preparation

Combine sugar, wine, lemon and cinnamon in small pan.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
Add cranberries and continue cooking, 5 minutes for whole berry sauce or 12 minutes for jelly.
May be strained while hot.
