Italian-Style Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small jar meatless spaghetti sauce
    dash of oregano
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of garlic powder
    small amount of Parmesan cheese (optional)
    several slices bread, cut into small cubes
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix very well, even kneading with hands if so needed.
    Place mixture in loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Let cool for around 30 minutes before slicing.
    Delicious!
