Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cubed, peeled potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    celery, chopped
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt to taste
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Place potatoes in greased casserole dish.
    Set aside.
    Combine onion and butter and celery in pan.
    Cook until tender.
    Add milk and cubed cream cheese and salt.
    Cook until smooth.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done and brown (1 hour).
    Makes 2-quart casserole.
